What Cinch plugs into
Two kinds of thing: where your leads go when somebody finishes, and what your ad accounts get told about it. Anything marked soon is not built yet, and says so here rather than on a pricing page.
Where your leads go
Every completed response is sent to each destination you turn on, from the same Where leads go list in the editor. Everything built here is on the free plan.
Every completed response, with the answers laid out and the score at the top.
On from the moment you publish, addressed to whoever made the funnel. Add more, or change it.
Slack
A message in a channel the moment somebody finishes — name, score, first few answers.
Make an incoming webhook in Slack and paste the address in.
How to set it upDiscord
The same message, in a Discord channel. Nothing in it can tag anyone.
Edit Channel, Integrations, New Webhook, paste the address in.
How to set it upWebhooks
The whole response as signed JSON, posted to your own address. Retried if it fails.
Paste your endpoint. Every funnel has its own signing secret.
Payload and signatureZapier and Make
Both start from a webhook, so every response reaches the few thousand apps they connect to.
Use a Catch Hook trigger in Zapier, or a Custom Webhook module in Make.
How to set it upGoogle Sheets
SoonA row per response, without going through Zapier.
Not built yet. The Zapier route reaches it today.
Airtable and Supabase
SoonStraight into your own tables.
Not built yet. The webhook reaches both today.
Tracking and ads
Add your pixel and your ads can optimise for people who actually finish, rather than people who merely arrived. You paste an ID rather than a script — we write the code, so a funnel cannot be handed arbitrary JavaScript.
Meta pixel
ProA page view when the funnel opens, and a Lead event when somebody finishes.
Paste the pixel ID from Events Manager.
TikTok pixel
ProA page view on open, and a SubmitForm event on completion.
Paste the pixel ID from Events Manager.
Google Analytics 4
ProA page view on open, and a generate_lead event on completion.
Paste the measurement ID from Admin, Data streams.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
ProA page view on open, and your own conversion on completion.
Paste the partner ID. LinkedIn keeps conversions separate, so add the conversion ID too if you want the lead reported.
X pixel
ProA page view on open, and a lead event on completion.
Paste the pixel ID from Events Manager.
Payments, bookings and getting the data out
The rest of what a funnel connects to at the point somebody finishes.
Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal, SumUp
ProTake payment inside a funnel by sending people to a checkout you already own.
Paste any https checkout link. Cinch never sees a card and takes no cut.
How payment blocks workAny booking page
Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, your own. Send people there when they finish.
The address can carry their answers, so the page already knows who arrived.
Endings and booking hand-offCSV export
Every response, one column per question, including questions you have since deleted.
A button on the funnel and on its responses page.
Something missing?
The webhook reaches anything that accepts an HTTP request, and Zapier and Make cover most of the rest. If there is one you would use often enough to want a button for, tell us — that is how Slack and Discord got built.
